Ingredients
- 5 cl D.U.C Whisky
- honey
- 1 black lemon
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
- Prepare the honey syrup by diluting a tablespoon of honey in 10 cl of water and heat in a saucepan. Add whole black lemon pieces and blend while heat for infusion. Finally filter the syrup.
- In a shaker, add 2 cl of lemon juice, 2.5 cl of honey syrup, 5 cl of D.U.C Whisky and 1 egg white. Mix and serve over ice cubes. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
