Ingredients

• 5 cl of D.U.C Whisky
• Honey
• 1 black lemon
• 2 cl of lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation

• Prepare the honey syrup by dissolving a tablespoon of honey in 10 cl of water and heating it in a saucepan.
• Add pieces of black lemon and blend while heating for infusion. Finally, filter the syrup.
• In a shaker, add 2 cl of lemon juice, 2.5 cl of honey syrup, 5 cl of DUC Whisky and 1 egg white.
• Mix and serve over ice.
• Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
