GRAND D.U.C
Ingredients
- 5 cl of D.U.C Whisky
- Honey
- 1 black lemon
- 2 cl of lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
- Prepare the honey syrup by dissolving a tablespoon of honey in 10 cl of water and heating it in a saucepan.
- Add pieces of black lemon and blend while heating for infusion. Finally, filter the syrup.
- In a shaker, add 2 cl of lemon juice, 2.5 cl of honey syrup, 5 cl of DUC Whisky and 1 egg white.
- Mix and serve over ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
