D.U.C is the result of a double distillation, and has been aged in 3 separate casks (2 of which contained Sauternes and Cognac), giving it an apparent sweetness, a powerful identity, a unique character.

TASTING NOTES
COAT: Amber and clear.
NOSE: Sweetness of candied fruits, apricot and plum. A pleasant note of orange blossom accompanied by a touch of vanilla.
PALATE: A delicately peated malted cereal approach, subtle woodiness that gives way to notes of pastry and caramelized dessert. The finish is delicate and indulgent, reminiscent of cocoa, dried orange peel, and hazelnut.
